Return Policy
Returns
We don't accept returns for limited drops. We accept replacement only for quality issues(damaged, defective, or incorrect), which means you have 2 days from the date your items are delivered to request a replacement.
To be eligible for a replacement:
-You must provide clear photos of the damage or defect.
-Your items must be in original condition: unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging and the item is eligible for resale.
-You must provide your receipt or proof of purchase and the invoice or packing slip.
-Please note: We are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping. If your item is damaged in transit, we will assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
How to replace an Item

Contact Us: To begin your replacement, please reach out to our customer support team at info@ema-gine.com. You will receive replacement instructions and a replacement authorization number.

Replacement Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part. Allow at least 30 days for the replacement due to the international shipping.

Replacement Approval: Items must be approved for replacement before being shipped back. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped or produced. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. The refund time depends on the bank.

Cancellations during peak periods (e.g., sales, holidays, promotions) may not be possible due to the fast processing of orders.
